OUR PET FRIENDLY POLICY

Families traveling with pets will find that Bauan Divers Sanctuary Resort is Pet Friendly! Bauan Divers Sanctuary Resort welcomes guests with pets under the following parameters:

1. Pets should not be left unattended anywhere within the hotel premises—including inside the guest room.

​

2. Pet owners should properly clean and dispose of any waste. Pet owners should maintain the overall cleanliness and hygiene of pets. Proper clean-up and disposal of pet waste is required. Pets should always wear diapers—including inside the guest room.

3. Bauan Divers Sanctuary Resort will not be responsible for accidents or injuries to or caused by the pet, death, or loss of a pet. Pet owners are responsible for any property damages or any personal injuries caused due to their pets. Pet owners should promptly report and declare any damages caused by their pets.

4. Pet owners are solely liable for any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, charges, fines, penalties, and/or expenses that may arise as a result of bringing pets into the hotel.

5. Bauan Divers Sanctuary Resort reserves the right to remove guests whose pets are deemed noisy or disruptive. We count on you to prevent your pet from making excessive noise and odors and being destructive or aggressive to other guests.
