TERMS AND CONDITIONS

- Advance reservation is required covered with a Booking Order. Rooms are subject to availability.
- For every confirmed booking, an option date shall be imposed. In the event that option dates are not complied, the RESORT reserves the right to cancel the booking.
- All bookings should be FULLY PRE-PAID prior to guest arrival. Schedule of payment will be indicated in the confirmation voucher/statement of account issued separately.
-  In case of no show or early check-out, no refund shall be collected by the Guest/Company.
- Incidental charges incurred by the guests will be on personal account, unless otherwise specified in the Purchase Order.
- Cash/Credit Card payments should be made PRIOR CHECK-OUT for incidental charges incurred by the guests.
- The client must notify the RESORT of any cancellation or reduction in their confirmed reservations. 
- Except in cases of force majeure/natural disasters, Bauan Diver’s Sanctuary Resort & Hotel shall be strict with the implementation of this policy. 

* Force Majeure: Neither party to this agreement shall be liable for failure to perform the party’s obligations if such failure is caused by circumstances or events outside their reasonable control, which shall include but not limited to acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquakes, storm, hurricane or other natural disasters), government restrictions, war, rebellion, terrorism, labor disputes or failure in the transportation of equipment, machinery or personnel or in the provision of any utility including power, gas, water or communication services.

Note.
Children under five years old stay for free, while those aged 6 to 9 get a 50% discount. Guests aged 10 and above are considered adults. 
·  Extra beds: Extra beds are not available. Children under five years old Stay for free if using existing bedding.
