Booking policies
50 % Down Payment are required to confirm bookings. Email diverssanctuary@yahoo.com
Payment method=Paypal,RCBC bank deposit. We do not accept credit cards at the resort. We accept cash in US dollars, Euro, £ sterling and local currency.
In event of cancellations for booking multiple rooms the following will apply:
1) 100% of total package if cancellation made on the day of the actual stay.
2) 80% of the total package if cancellation made for 4 rooms or below on the day of actual stay.
3) 50% of total package if cancellations made for 5 rooms or above 3 days before the actual stay.
4).Corkgage Php200 per bottle.
5) No Spear Fishing Activites allowed in our resort.
6) Unconsumed portion of packages are not refundable.
